More than a moment to zone out, doom scroll or veg. This easy breezy, 45 minute yoga flow is crafted for all the parents who need to pause the noise out there and tend to all that’s calling from within.

$25 per student. Open to all Youngset parents and beyond! Invite your friends to join the calm. We have capacity for 50, so let’s pack the house.

Never done yoga? No problem! A decade+ practitioner? You’ll love it too. All are welcome, all ways, always. 

❋ Do I need to bring a Mat?

If you have a mat, please bring it! Otherwise, we have ones available and will donate the usual $4 rental to Youngset.
