From Karma to Dharma:
a weekend immersion with Gurmukh, Gurushabd and Wah Khalsa
*early registration through March 20
We invite you into a 3-day immersive journey dedicated to family, relationship and conscious transformation.
In yogic philosophy, it is said that our soul chooses it’s family before birth. We enter into soul agreements—lifetime after lifetime—with the people closest to us, to walk this human experience together. We come not only to love one another, but to learn, to serve and to grow.
For many of us, the deepest growth arises from the deepest pain. It is often through suffering, confusion or longing that we find practices like yoga—seeking something that can help us make sense of our lives and relationships.
But what if we could begin to experience our family not only as a karmic bond, but as a dharmic one?
Dharma is our cosmic duty. It is what we are here to fulfill in this lifetime—what our soul came to learn, embody and offer.
Family—whether parents, siblings, partners, children, or those we choose—are our greatest teachers. And yet, these relationships are often the most complex and challenging.
To truly access the lessons they carry, we sometimes need deeper tools.
During this immersion, we will:
Explore our unique roles within our family systems
Reflect on how small shifts in perception can profoundly change dynamics
Heal old wounds by seeing them through a new lens
Practice radical responsibility—not as blame, but as liberation
This is an invitation to move from karma to dharma—from unconscious repetition to conscious relationship, from inherited patterns to lived truth. We would be honored to walk this journey with you.
Kundalini Yoga and meditation offer a powerful and direct way to explore what stands between us and the loving, authentic connection we long for. These practices allow us to move beyond intellectual understanding and into embodied insight—working through the nervous system, breath, and awareness.
They help us soften defenses, restore clarity, and reconnect with truth.
Our family has lived these teachings for decades. Gurmukh began practicing over 50 years ago; her husband Gurushabd joining shortly after. Their daughter, Wah, was born into this tradition.
These tools have supported us again and again through the real dance of family life—through joy, challenge, rupture, and reconciliation. Each of us brings a unique voice, presence, and way of holding space to this immersion.
If you feel called…
to deepen any relationship in your life—family, partnership, or community—this immersion is for you.
You do not need prior yoga or Kundalini experience.
Whether you are new to the practice or a seasoned practitioner, this weekend is open to anyone ready to transform their relationships and step into greater awareness.
