In this dynamic workshop, author, podcaster, researcher, yoga teacher, and gentle wellness expert Robyn Conley Downs will take you on a deep dive into the purpose, practice and power of self-love. Using cutting edge psychology, neuroscience, and yogic philosophy, each session will include an asana flow, dynamic breath work, and personalized reflection, all designed to allow you unlock powerful self-love mindset shifts and find more body acceptance
Recommended as a three-part workshop, session one will focus on self-compassion, session two on gratitude, and three on acceptance. You'll leave feeling grounded, more connected, and stronger sense of self-love that will ripple out across your life. Individual session drop-in space permitting. All levels welcome.
Meets 3 Thursday evenings from 6:00-7:30pm on May 23rd, 30th and June 6th.
May 23: Self-compassion is perfectionisms kryptonite
May 30: Gratitude is the fastest way out of fear and anxiety
June 6: Resilience is the antidote to comparison and is proven to help deal with set-backs and hardship
