Fall Music Series Continues with Wah Khalsa

Kundalini Yoga with Live Indian Music

“This is the gift, this is sound current. It's a permutation and combination of sounds, which create waves to reach Infinity, and the Infinite brings infinite knowledge.”

-Yogi Bhajan

In the Kundalini Yoga tradition sound current is everything. It is the portal that helps deliver us to a space of consciousness and awareness. It is the waves that carry our movement, breath and minds into the vast openness of our inner beings. Mantra is a wonderful tool to use for mediation to concentrate the mind and rhythm is an instrument to awaken the soul. Throughout history ancient cultures used music and sound current to evoke a sense of spirit and connection with the Universe.

Join us for an evening of Kundalini Yoga, ancient Indian rhythm, manta and sacred sound. Together we will experience the vastness which is us. We will move beyond boundaries of the mind, into an elevated stated of boundlessness, allowing the knowledge of the Infinite to move through us. This workshop is perfect as we move in to winter, giving you tools to take home to stay uplifted through the season!

Wah will be accompanied by her two friends with live Indian music and mantra. The three of them all grew up in India together and have been practicing Kundalini Yoga and studying Indian music sense childhood.
