Join Jill Case for a 3-week series that investigates Yoga for Emotional Health. We are offering this smack dab in the midst of the holiday season, as we all know the holidays can intensify everything we feel from joy to grief to anxiety.
Each session will have movement, meditation, observation, discussion, astrology and aromatherapy. Let’s make this year our healthiest holiday season yet!
