This 4 week series will start at the very beginning and help you discover this practice in an easy-to-follow, mindful way. Move slowly, ask questions, and leave feeling confident to try any of our "all levels" classes.
4 Saturdays from 12:30- 1:30 beginning September 16th. Just $38 (less than $10 per class)
