Join Kristi and David for a week of fitness. Each day features a different workout, a different format, a constant surprise. The only thing consistent is the FUN FUN FUN!

Totally judgment free and ALL levels are welcome.

Workshop Refund Policy: 

Any cancellation with more than 48 hours notice will result in account credit for the full amount of the workshop. All cancellations within 48 hours will not receive any refund or credit. Thank you for your understanding.
