This 21-day format is a full commitment to putting yourself and your health first. 

Join Kristi and David for 21 days of fitness and healthy habit making. We'll workout together on the weekends and send you home with weekday homework. Each week will feature bodyweight workouts both indoor and outside.  The only thing consistent is the FUN FUN FUN!

Totally judgment free and ALL levels are welcome. As always, meet yourself where you are at. We want everyone to work to their max but recognize that looks different for everyone. 

 

We will meet 3 weekends both on Saturday and Sunday from 7:15 - 8:15am. 

  • May 5th + 6th  
  • May 12th + 13th  
  • May 19th + 20th  

Daily habit making challenges

  • Drink you water. Eliminate sugar. Sleep! + more. We're challenging you to create a consistent routine that leaves you feeling strong and proves to yourself that you actually can. YOU ARE WORTH IT! We'll work directly with you to customize these!

Daily home workouts written by David and Kristi

  • Each week, we will send you home with daily movement practices from explosive and hard-core to active rest. It's all about balance and finding your right level of output. 

$88 for the whole program. Early bird special is $78 through 4/22.

Workshop Refund Policy: 

Any cancellation with more than 48 hours notice will result in account credit for the full amount of the workshop. All cancellations within 48 hours will not receive any refund or credit. Thank you for your understanding.
