Boot(y)camp Monthlong

The Month Long Format is Back! It takes 21 days to create a habit. Join us for a fresh start to a fit you!

Boot(y)camp is all about making fitness fun. In this month, we will workout together every Saturday and Sunday. During the week, we will give you at-home challenges to help you stay on track. These can range from various bodyweight exercises to drinking more water to getting more sleep. We know to maintain a high fitness level, you need to create a complete lifestyle approach. And we're here to help every step of the way!

  • Group workouts will be every Saturday & Sunday from 7:15 - 8:15am
    • March 18 & 19, March 25 & 26, April 1 & 2, April 8 & 9
    • If you happen to miss a workout, don't worry! We'll help you make it up.
  • Each week, we will send you an array of health challenges (including fitness, nutrition and overall wellness) to complete at home. These help you learn easy-to-implement fitness routines + healthy living tips to continue long after the workshop ends
  • Everyone begins at a different level. Boot(y)camp is a judgement free, super-fun environment. All fitness levels welcome!!
