Nutrition Bootcamp

Food is a big deal. What you eat makes the difference between dragging through your workout or having the energy to conquer your day. Certified & licensed Registered Dietitians, Megan and Anna, know what works. They designed this 28 Day Nutrition Bootcamp based on their clinical expertise, years of helping clients achieve their goals and their own personal experience. In this program, you will receive:

  • weekly shopping lists
  • a new meal plan each week (breakfast, lunch, dinner & 2 snacks) to provide the structure, accountability and nutrition expertise needed to achieve your goals.
  • 2 face-to-face Q & A sessions with Megan and Anna + weekly checkins via video conferencing
  • vegan & vegetarian meal plans upon request
  • 40+ Simple, nutritionally balanced recipes for a healthy weight and more energy

Meeting times: these are optional but offered for your benefit

  • In Studio Kick Off Event on Sunday, Feb 12th @ 5-6pm
  • Q & A #1 via Facebook Live on Thursday, Feb 16th @ 7-7:30pm
