Subtle Body Experience

Deepen the ways yoga can profoundly affect us beyond the asana practice. Explore your connection to the physical and energetic body as a pathway to promote peace, stillness and wellbeing.

Friday evening will be experiential. Jill will guide you through a practice complete with chanting by Sweethome Teacup and a crystal sound bath by Shalom Mayberg.

Looking for more? Take Friday night a layer deeper with this weekend intensive designed to connect you to the experience of how yoga can touch us in ways other than the asana practice. Discover the pathways of breath, inner body guided meditation, mantra, mudra, sound, touch and aromatherapy.

Play with each of these areas experientially to explore your own inner body discoveries. While there will be some lecture and movement, this weekend dives deep into the subtle body exploration, helping you connect to your inner body wisdom through the chakras as well as explore your connection to each other. 

The workshop will be presented as:

Part 1: Experience the pathways into the inner body: Mantra, Mudra, Pranayama, Sound, Touch, Aromatherapy
Part 2: Learn how and when to use the tools in your own practice for self care and discovery. Learn how to be intuitive with how you invite a deeper connection to your inner body.
Part 3: Learn how to weave these tools into your teaching or yoga asana practice
