Most of us begin our yoga journey working with the physical body, familiarizing ourselves with the physical anatomy and the poses themselves. As our practice evolves, we are invited into a relationship with the emotional aspects the practice.
Just as yoga offers us the opportunity to heal physically, creating strength and mobility where we once were fragile and stiff, the practice can also help us experience healing in the emotional layers of our beings.
