Find the Pause

with tori g. newburn, 500 e-ryt

GoGoGo…! This continual humm of energy is often what leads us to our mat. We search desperately to find an escape, a reset, a moment of not going, but rather just being.

In this weekend workshop, Tori will share skills for successfully finding that vital “pause” in your personal practice, in your classes and in your life.
