Yo!Kids is back for kiddos ages 6-9 beginning September 9th. This is a great chance for your kiddos to get  the wiggles out in Downward Dog while spending time getting goofy with friends! Classes are created with kids’ social skills and attention spans in mind. Each class will have a story-based yoga practice, an activity or art project, a sharing time, and a peaceful Savasana (rest time) at the end of class. We take time each class to explore theme, such as kindness or self-awareness, to highlights these meaningful skills and put them to use on and off the mat.

Get ready to show your support of equality and love. We'll gather at the N. Park Blocks at 10:30am or you can meet at the studio at 10am and walk down to NW 8th together. Parade begins at 11am. 

Bring you friends, family, pets. Wear your rainbow and sparkles. We have a giant banner and lots of balloons, but feel to bring flags and banners of your own.
