Paul and Suzee Grilley, International Yin Yoga instructors are coming to YoYoYogi for a 3-day, 15-hour weekend intensive on the study of Yin Yoga. They will take us through a journey of the 14 joint segments, 10 muscle groups, and skeletal variations of bodies to help understand yoga from a functional point of view rather than an aesthetic one. The result is less pain, less frustration, and a yoga practice that is completely your own.
This is your chance to take time and explore a deeper side of your hips through an advanced vinyasa class led by Kate Saul. Class will start with some mantra and pranayama, then continue with a vinyasa style asana class. There will moments of pause and workshopping for attention and deeper understanding of our bodies' relationship to the poses we explore. Class will end with a moment for meditation and a deep savasana.
