Terri and Alex Cole are the founders of YoYoYogi and the creators of the acclaimed YoYoYogi 200 Hour RYT Teacher Training.
Terri and Alex believe that Yoga should powerfully shape the body, mind and soul. Through this powerful practice, you can discover the depth of your being, the richness of your soul and develop the tools necessary to bring your unique voice to a world that is hungry for leaders in every walk of life.
Yoga has been an integral part of their journey, individually and together in their 34+ years of marriage. Yoga is not only a guiding force in their lives; it is their calling.
The 200 Hour RYT Teacher Training provides them with the opportunity to teach at an intimate level the concepts, philosophies and principles that they believe will enable a person to lead an extraordinary life.
JILL CASE - E-RYT 500
Isabel was introduced to Yoga as a child which lay, quite literally as savasana was her favorite pose, the groundwork for her love of Yoga. Throughout life, she continued her practice off and on for years primarily for the physical benefit of asana before discovering the other 7 limbs of yoga. Hungry for more knowledge, she set off on a spiritual quest which eventually led her to YoYoYogi's 200 hour teacher training. She has long been interested in philosophy and mythology and is constantly studying and uncovering bits of knowledge about yoga and beyond. Her passion lies in sharing with her students in hopes that they too can begin to appreciate the vast practice of Yoga.
And share she does. Isabel is one of the founding teachers at YoYoYogi, leading retreats, workshops and special events to expose all of Portland to her down-to-earth, real-life approach to this transformation practice.
KRISTI COLE - RYT 200
ANATOMY & SUBTLE BODY
Jill's practice is equal strength physical and spiritual. Her resume is vast, teaching Yoga and other methods of movement for 20 years but Yoga has surfaced as her favorite due to the physical challenge and spiritual benefits. The transformation power of Yoga has brought her inherit joy and Jill hope to (and does!) share this with others.
Jill's teaching will help you tap into your own inner strength and potential in order to explore and awaken your internal guru on the mat.
KATHRYN DURKIN - RYT 200
Lifelong athlete, Kristi Cole, made her way onto unfamiliar territory eight years ago when she stepped her two calloused feet onto a rubber mat. It was there that she sweated and struggled her way through 60 minutes of what would one day become her life passion.
She soon became addicted to the miraculous physical accomplishments she found through yoga. (Finally loose enough hamstrings allowed her to touch her toes!!) Kristi began to practice everyday, every single day and quickly realized that yoga was not just another competitive sport with a win at the end of the season, no! Yoga had dug its way into her soul and was giving her the tools to move gracefully through every aspect of her life.
So in love with the practice and the immense changes that she was witnessing, Kristi knew it was something that she needed to share with everyone who would listen.

Kathryn Durkin is a believer. A believer that if you push yourself beyond your comfort zone, and beyond what you think to be possible, you will find magic. She’s practiced yoga for over 10 years, and is an active coach for her community. Kathryn earned her degree in Theatre Arts and has worked with the famed, 2nd City ImprovisationalGroup of Chicago. Through leadership development at lululemon, she coaches those around her in setting and achieving powerful goals. Her passion is helping you to take the risks it takes to create the life you love!
Roger McKeever is an inspirational teacher, spiritual activist, and artist. He is known for demonstrating the transformational power of yoga. He weaves together current and ancient forms of movement with expressive art, inspirational poetry and diverse music to help students develop playfulness that is rooted in love, light-heartedness and meaningful exploration.
Roger's instruction is challenging yet nurturing. He loves encouraging his students to have fun while following their own sense of wonder in their body and in the world around them.
