300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Curriculum 

Our 300hr curriculum is divided into mix + match quarters, perfect for the active teacher, committed professional, busy parent or anyone else looking to deepen their knowledge of how to be on and off the mat.

 

Each quarter will complete 45 hours of the total training


One 4 day immersion (30hrs)  

4 weekday lectures/workshops (3 hours each = 12 hours)

3 hours of the Mentorship Program

LIVING YOUR LIFE ON PURPOSE with alex and terri cole

September 6th - 9th (Thu 6:30pm-9:30pm / Fri 12:00pm-8:00pm / Sat + Sun 9:00am-7:00pm)

Why am I here? What is my purpose?  WHEW!  In the weekend immersion, we tackle the hard questions as together, we take a transformative journey of discovery.  Alex and Terri will be your guides through significant discussions and a variety of interactive, reflective exercises that are designed to expose your soul’s desire.  Identify “right” actions that act as a catalyst to catapult you forward as you discover invaluable tools for pushing through obstacles.  Live this one and only life … on purpose!

Why we Teach "Off the Mat & Into your Life" with Tori G newburn

September 23rd 2-5pm

We all know that we can’t simply “go to yoga.”  Yoga is a way of life!  Yet, pulls of society can take us straight from who we are on our mat to the unrecognizable. It seems as though the chaos of our surroundings can be a slippery slope away from the lessons we learn while we're practicing. 
 
In this lifestyle workshop, Tori focuses the conversation around all of our practices - on and off the mat.  Not a one-size-fits-all, this workshop is about exploring and uncovering how to live YOUR yoga off the mat.

Asana Breakdown Let’s Do the “TWIST” with Jill case

October 7th 2-5pm

Twisting asana is about both the challenge and the release, requiring stamina and providing a sense of detox for the whole body. In this rich workshop, you will learn the physical and energetic anatomy of these powerful pose as you utilize breath, alignment, and upright posture to take a trip around the spine safely and effectively. Jill will also emphasize the importance of sustainability in these deep postures for your personal practice.

How To Touch! Assisting Part 1 with roger mckeever

October 21st 2-5pm

As a teacher, it's essential to ensure our students move through asana with integrity.  We have tools for assisting including verbal cues, energetics, and hands-on touch to ensure proper alignment while simultaneously exploring depth of posture.  Many students beg for hands-on assists, yet many teachers shy away from this elevated element of teaching.

In this essential workshop,  Assisting Part 1, Roger will begin the breakdown of safe and respectful ways to help students navigate their  bodies as they gracefully move from posture to posture.  This interactive workshop will leave you feeling confident to help your students find profound connection and intentional alignment.

The Art Seva- Seva- Seva! with tony roberts

In Sanskrit, the word ‘seva’ means selfless service.   

Join Tony for a lively conversation introducing the countless and powerful ways to transform your yoga practice into selfless service.  As a veteran, volunteer, and wise ol' soul, Tony is fully embodied in this practice and offers insights into inspiring ways to expand and grow. As teachers, we teach in in various settings.  Each class unique, each student individual.  While some classes bring dynamic energy, others conjure feelings of calm.

Considered  the “King” and “Queen” of Yoga Asana, headstand and handstand offer a bevy of rewards for the dedicated practitioner.  In this workshop, you will discover why these challenging postures are significant for a full spectrum yoga practice. Join Jill for extraordinary afternoon of meditation, movement, breath, and aromatherapy as methods of connecting to your pelvic floor to create the optimum balance of tone, strength, and mobility.  Learn how these states affect the rest of the physical body and your relationship to self.

Join Jill to continue the fascinating exploration of the pelvic floor. In the second part of this series,  you will:

  • Practice the exercises that create more suppleness and openness in the pelvic floor

  • Learn how to create tone without gripping in this area and explore exercises that achieve this result

  • Discover what poses in yoga support pelvic floor health and how poses can be altered to address each person's pelvic floor state

We will dive into the mind/body connection to pelvic floor dysfunction and our health and openly discuss the disconnection and shame that women can often feel toward this part of their body.  Open conversation will revolve around the importance of understanding the power this area offers as the home of life creation and the creation of ideas that give us life. . Focusing on Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, and Meditation, Tony will explain how these practices impact your koshas, strengthen your heartfelt desires and reinforce your sankalpa.  We need to start prioritizing the healing of difficult or overwhelming emotions that we carry.
