JILL CASE - E-RYT 500 Yoga is my practice both physically and spiritually. I love the physical challenge of the poses and what I learn about myself each time I step onto my mat. Yoga has transformed me and allowed me to experience an indescribable amount of joy that I can only hope to share with others.  I have been teaching Yoga and other group fitness classes for over 16 years and my devotion for this practice has grown the more I study and learn.  My goal as a teacher is to share my love and passion with my students and to teach them how to tap into their own inner strength and potential in order to explore and awaken their internal guru on the mat.  Jill shares her vast knowledge of the body and it’s internal workings during our exploration into Anatomy and the Subtle Body.

RACHEL MEYER- RYT 200 Rachel is a yoga teacher and writer who believes in keeping things real. She recently moved here with her husband and son from San Francisco, where she discovered Bhakti Flow and the teacher who would become her mentor and friend, Rusty Wells. She found therein a rare melding of all the best things in her life: spirit and athleticism and sweat and song and breath and service and theology and laughter and community and rhythm and dance. She knew immediately that she was in the right place. Before San Fransisco, Rachel grew up on the Great Plains. The daughter of a Lutheran pastor father and a music teacher mother. She spent a lot of time reading Little House on the Prairie and looking up at the big South Dakota sky. Never far from her theological roots, Rachel continually studied and earned her Masters in Social Theory and Systematic Theology. She also completed a Certificate in Yoga Philosophy at the California Institute of Integral Studies. Rachel will take you on a journey through the History of Yoga and explore how what we now practice in the West came to be a movement that continues to grow explosively in every corner of the globe.
